- IP address: Used to identify your shared space. It is hashed (SHA-256) before storage — we never store your raw IP in a human-readable form.
- Uploaded files: Stored temporarily on our server for the duration of your session (up to 30 minutes of inactivity).
- Notes and clipboard entries: Stored temporarily alongside your session data.
- Session cookies: Used only for CSRF security protection. No tracking cookies are set.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers.
- We do not require you to register or log in.
- We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties.
- We do not use analytics services that track individual users.
3. Automatic Data Deletion
All files, notes, and clipboard entries are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity. This process is fully automated — there is no manual review of your content.
4. Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. 5. Cookies
A4Share.PRO uses a single session cookie for CSRF (cross-site request forgery) protection. This cookie contains a random token and no personally identifiable information. It expires when you close your browser. Google AdSense may set additional cookies for ad personalization as described in Section 4.
6. Security
All user input is validated and sanitized. File uploads are checked server-side. All connections are served over HTTPS. Your IP hash is stored using a one-way SHA-256 hash that cannot be reversed.
7. Children's Privacy
A4Share.PRO is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
